Love & Light: Safely Supporting Deep Healing in Family Constellations – Addressing Denser Influences with Compassion
Ultimately, what brings true restoration to individuals, families, and lineages is the reawakening of love in its highest vibration. In my experience, profound healing and transformation become possible when these elevating energies are welcomed back into the family system.

Over the past 5+ years, I've worked consistently with what I experience as low-vibrational influences—entities, attachments, curses, black magic, and other denser forces. These are real phenomena that can appear in constellations, and I've seen that some systemic entanglements resist full resolution until they are acknowledged and addressed.

The Field reliably shows us when such influences are present. The question then becomes: Do we meet this with courage and support, or do we step back? Five years ago, the Field brought this reality vividly into a session with a long-term client. Trusting what emerged led to powerful positive shifts—and it forever changed my practice.

With now 16 years in constellation work (and 6 focused on this dimension), I've learned we can engage these layers safely when anchored in Love & Light. Through intentional statements, movements, or direct infusions of loving presence into the Field, these denser energies can be transmuted. When enough Love & Light is held, even the most challenging lineages open to divine-level transformation, creating a profound field of safety.

In this presentation, I'll share practical ways to:

● Recognize these influences in the Field
● Maintain safety and grounding for everyone involved
● Work with Love & Light to support transmutation
● Offer this dimension of help to clients who feel they have exhausted other paths

At its heart, this work asks: Can we truly help when someone has nowhere else to turn? If we turn away, their struggles may simply continue. Many carry heavy burdens and are seeking exactly this level of support—offering it can be a true blessing.

My inner healing journey started when I was 18. At this time, I recognized a deep inner disgust and began working on myself. Fortunately, at this time, I also met my biological father, and the healing accelerated.

At 25, I found the sacred text, A Course In Miracles. This book had a profound impact on me and didn’t leave my side for 5 years. I give much credit to ACIM for changing the way I saw God, Spirit & Jesus.

At the age of 35, shortly after 9/11, I retired from a 10-year career as a flight attendant. A Shamanic Journey Guided my return to school - Naropa University was the place. Here, I completed my degree in Contemplative Psychology with a focus on the Transpersonal.

Simultaneously, I completed my 2-year Holotropic Breathwork certification training with Stanislav Grof. His training taught me how to hold group Fields, which allows a deep & safe vulnerability for clients. It was also during this time that I experienced the magic of Constellations.

With school completed, I was guided to focus on my Spiritual Tools. I began facilitating Holotropic Breathwork and training in Family Constellations.

I’ve been blessed to have trained with some of the top facilitators in the world. My first training was 9 months with Mark Wolynn & Suzi Tucker. From there, there were year-long trainings with Vivian Braughton, Jamy & Peter Faust, Dan & Emily Cohen, and others.

My love of Constellations grew, and around 2019, it became my only working tool. I’ve led large events, groups, trainings & rarely, individual work. For the first 9 years, my Constellations were average: Ancestral trauma, occasional past lives, and painful childhoods were the norm.

But then in 2020, something happened that changed everything. Dark Forces showed up in a client’s Field, and this took me down a unique branch of Constellation work, the Shamanic Constellation. I have been focused on this ever since. And asking these questions - Are Malevolent Forces real & are Cosmic Helpers real? In addition, I now have a passion for using the Field to raise human consciousness.
