About the event

Systemic Intelligence offers a radically different understanding of organizations, turning conventional approaches on their head.

In our MoC training, we apply systemic principles to enhance organizational function and flow through a focus on connectivity. Participants engage in deep, holistic learning to develop their organizations and subsystems in an integrated and agile manner, overcoming common trauma-induced dysfunctions. The result is a shift toward collaboration that emphasizes connectedness.

This training presents a wide range of systemic, agile, and creative methods. Participants gain immersive, holistic experiences designed to cultivate a systemic-agile mindset – empowering them with the leadership skills needed for efficient and impactful organizational development.

A key component of this approach is systemic constellations, which are taught through a diverse array of formats, providing participants with a comprehensive toolkit for applying Systemic Intelligence.

With a combined 40 years of experience and expertise in systemic organizational and personnel development, Stephanie Hartung and Peter Eichenberger lead the training program.

About the event in mothertongue

Systemische Intelligenz beschreibt ein Verständnis von Organisationen, das herkömmliche Ansätze auf den Kopf stellt.

In unserem MdV Training werden systemische Prinzipien für Organisationsentwicklung angewendet. Die Teilnehmer erfahren, wie sie eine (ihre) Organisation und deren Subsysteme systemisch entwickeln können, um die all-üblichen traumabedingten Dysfunktionen zugunsten einer auf Verbundenheit ausgerichteten Gestaltung zu überwinden.

Ganzheitliche Erfahrungen für ein tiefes Lernen und eine systemische Denkweise zugunsten effizienter und effektiver Führungsfähigkeiten in der Organisationsentwicklung sind zugleich Weg und Ziel unserer Ausbildung.

Eine Schlüsselmethode in der Anwendung von Systemischer Intelligenz sind Systemaufstellungen, die umfassend für die eigene Anwendung vermittelt werden.

Mit zusammen 40 Jahren Erfahrung und Expertise in systemischer Organisations- und Personalentwicklung leiten Stephanie Hartung und Peter Eichenberger die Ausbildung.

Timestructure

The Training runs over 196 teaching hours (of 45 minutes) with 4 x 5 Intensive Days of 8 hours face-to-face in Switzerland plus 8 workshops of 4 hours on ZOOM.
