About me

After around 15 years of practice in constellation work, a management degree, and training as a Gestalt therapist, I began offering advanced training in 2015, focusing on psychosocial-therapeutic applications and organizational contexts. Throughout my various training and continuous learning with remarkable colleagues, I’ve gained extensive experience in leadership, group dynamics, and teaching methods. I've come to understand the importance of a threefold harmony: 1. Expertise in the field where systemic theory and methods are applied, 2. In-depth knowledge in applying systemic intelligence to that field, 3. Practical skills and experience in applying the systemic methodology itself. Today, I provide a wide range of training tailored to specific applications, online, in person, or as a hybrid of both, in German and English. Nach rd 15 Jahren im Aufstellungsfeld, einem Managementment Studium und einer Ausbildung zur Gestalttherapeutin habe ich in 2105 begonnen, Weiterbildungen in Aufstellungen mit psychosozial-therapeutischem Fokus einerseits und mit organisationalem Fokus andererseits anzubieten. Im Laufe meiner verschiedenen Ausbildungen habe ich neben meiner kontinuierlichen eigenen Weiterbildung bei bemerkenswerten Kollegen viel Erfahrungen mit Führung, Gruppendynamik und Didaktik gemacht. Ich habe erfahren, wie wesentlich der Dreiklang aus 1. Expertise im jeweiligen Berufsfeld der Anwendung der systemischen Methodik, 2. vertieften Kenntnissen in der systemtheoretischen Betrachtung des Anwendungsfeldes und 3. der Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in der Anwendung der Methode selber ist. In Zeiten von Corona sind Online Formate hinzugekommen und heute biete ich ein breites Spektrum anwendungsspezifischer sowie themenzentrierter Grundausbildungen und Weiterbildungen online, präsent und in einer Kombination aus beidem an. Meine Ausbildungssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch, und ich habe in den vergangenen Jahren auch sehr gerne im Auftrag von Kollegen in anderen Ländern wie ZB Türkei, Georgien, Schweiz etc ausgebildet.
