Freetext "about me" in english

With the precision of a PhD scientist and the perceptive depth of a systemic facilitator, she works at the intersection of neuroscience, leadership, and energetic awareness — illuminating both the visible and invisible forces that shape how we lead, relate, and create. Clare’s approach recognizes that meaningful change happens on two levels: The visible — strategies, skills, and behaviors that drive performance. And the invisible — the energetic patterns, systemic entanglements, and unconscious loyalties that influence how individuals and teams actually function. An organizational scientist specializing in the neuroscience of leadership, Clare equips leaders and teams with practical tools for emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and effective communication — while also revealing the hidden dynamics that traditional leadership training often overlooks. Her work helps clients not only perform better, but align who they are with how they lead. Equal parts analytical and intuitive, Clare brings 12 years of corporate experience in pharmaceutical research, process development, and Lean Six Sigma leadership.
