I'm 62 years old, I live in Barcelona, and I'm the mother of two wonderful, now independent, children. I love animals, nature in general, and mountains. But since the pandemic ended, the sea has completely stolen my heart. I enjoy dancing, exercising, and I'm addicted to reading all kinds of books. Lately, I love relaxing by painting with watercolors and writing and illustrating stories. I am the director of the project www.crecemoscontigo.org, creator of the Growing in Family program and also of the Systemic Training in constellations. My own history and experience for more than 30 years with families and individuals has led me to focus on what moves me deeply, which is to accompany people, children, and families to free themselves from suffering and what limits them to live in harmony, fullness, and abundance. I am a peer-reviewed psychopedagogist and psychologist, constellator, case supervisor and family therapist, expert in parenting, trauma specialist and certified in brainspotting. I have been in educational settings for more than 30 years and now I am engaged in therapy, parenting counselling, workshops, training, case supervisor and school counselor

Tengo 62 años, vivo en Barcelona y soy madre de dos hijos maravillosos, ya independientes. Me encantan los animales, la naturaleza en general y la montaña. Pero desde que terminó la pandemia, el mar me ha robado el corazón. Disfruto bailando, haciendo ejercicio y soy una apasionada de la lectura. Últimamente, me encanta relajarme pintando con acuarelas y escribiendo e ilustrando cuentos. Soy la directora del proyecto www.crecemoscontigo.org, creadora del programa Creciendo en Familia y del Entrenamiento Sistémico en Constelaciones Familiares. Mi propia historia y experiencia con más de 30 años trabajando con familias e individuos me han llevado a centrarme en lo que me apasiona: acompañar a personas, niños y familias para que se liberen del sufrimiento y de lo que les limita, para que vivan en armonía, plenitud y abundancia. Soy psicopedagoga y psicóloga con certificación profesional, consteladora, supervisora de casos y terapeuta familiar, experta en crianza, especialista en trauma y certificada en Brainspotting. He trabajado en entornos educativos durante más de 30 años y actualmente me dedico a la terapia, el asesoramiento para padres, los talleres, la formación en constelaciones, supervisión de casos y supervisión de centros educativos.
