Some practitioners find their way into natural medicine through books. Daniel Burge found his through nature and the Himalayas. In 1998, he completed an unsupported solo crossing of the Himalayas on foot. During training for that journey he encountered Hanuman Das, a Kriya yogi who had lived barefoot in the mountains his entire life. That encounter shaped everything that followed. Three decades of clinical practice have taken him across homeopathy, Family and Systemic Constellations, and Identity Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy. He trained with Rajan Sankaran, Jan Scholten, Jeremy Sherr, Franz Ruppert, Albrecht Mahr, and Gabrielle Roth. He has presented at World Constellations Day. Thousands of practitioners worldwide trace their lineage as healers directly back to him. He was engaged at government level, advising the Danish Ministry of Interior and Health on a national health initiative. He is also the founder of PureShilajit.com - online since 2008 and the original Western source for authentic Himalayan shilajit - a direct consequence of what he found in those mountains. He works with selected clients internationally from his base in central Portugal.
