About me

I graduated from Kiel University in Germany as a pharmacist and studies Business Administration in Bremen. Business life began as an expert at Merrill Lynch in Business Solutions. After 8 years in this profession, I dedicated my life to Pilates and graduated from the Hamburg Pilates Academy as an International Pilates and Pilates Therapy Coach. My education as a life coach was concluded at the Hamburg Louis L. Hay Personal Training Center and Ankara Milton Erickson Balance Center. I finished 200 hours of Yoga Alliance-approved Hatha Yoga training with Bora Ercan and Yin Yoga training with Devrim Akkaya. I studied Yin Yoga Therapy with Paul Grilley’s assistant Markus H. Giess followed by 100 hours of cadaver anatomy training where I subsequently received Pain Therapy training at Liebscher&Bracht in Germany. I started Family Constellation Facilitator Training in 2016 with Max& Alemka Dauskardt and graduated in 2019. I continue to work as a life coach and pain therapist in Kyrenia N.Cyprus as well as an FC facilitator in Cyprus, Turkey, and Germany.

Aile Dizimi eğitimine 2016 yılında Max ve Alemka Dauskardt ile başladım ve 2019 yılında tamamlayarak sertifikamı kendilerinden aldım. Aile Dizimi Kolaylaştırıcı (Facilitator) İSCA (International Systemik Constellation Associations -Uluslararası Sistemik Konstelasyonlar Birliği ) üyesiyim. Kendi tarzım ve felsefemle oluşturduğum Pilates Senior Eğitmenliğine ve her defasında şükranla andığım sevgili hocalarım Max Dauskardt ve Alemka Dauskardt ekolünde öğrendiğim Aile Dizimi Kolaylaştırıcılığı çalışmalarıma Kıbrıs, Türkiye ve Almanya;da devam etmekteyim. Aynı zamanda Yakın Doğu Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü’nde Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Bölümü’nde pilates anatomi dersleri vermekteyim. Hedefim değişen enerjiler ve ihtiyaçlar karşısında kendini sürekli yenileyen bir eğitmen olarak danışanlarımın ve öğrencilerimin hayatında fark yaratmak; onlara kendi eğitim ve eğitmenlik tecrübelerimle yol göstermek, onlara ışık olmaktır…
