Peter Eichenberger is a partner at the FELD INSTITUT in Zurich, a federally qualified psychosocial counsellor (Professional Master), an adult educator, and a Professional Trainer and Master Constellator with CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL. He has also completed further training in organisational structural constellations, Gestalt therapy and body therapy.
Since 2014, he has worked with systemic constellations and other systemic and psychosocial counselling methods. People are always at the heart of his work – their experience, their relationships and the question of what makes development and new movement possible. In his seminars and training programmes, he combines sound psychological knowledge with experiential constellation work and a strong emphasis on practical experience. Peter works as a consultant, coach and supervisor, teaches psychological and systemic subjects, and trains professionals in systemic constellation work. Lifelong learning, a joy in thinking and a desire for development shape not only his work, but also his own path.
Writing has also become part of this path. Following the Handbook for Designing a Training Programme in Systemic Constellations. Time Space Movement Healing is his second book, co-written with Stephanie Hartung. Their book became the CI Retreat Theme 2027.

Stephanie Hartung
Constellators International
As the founder of the Feld Institut, Stephanie works as a consultant in systemic organisational and people development, and as a coach and Gestalt therapist for personal and professional concerns.
As a co-founder of Constellators International, she leads the organization with the world’s largest community of systemic consultants and therapists working with constellations.
An internationally recognised trainer in systemic constellations, Stephanie has been offering internationally recognised training programmes around the world since 2015, in both German and English.
Her two main areas of focus are individual psychology and personal development, and Systemic Intelligence in organisational development.
Stephanie has published several books on systemic subjects. The book “Time Space Movement Healing,” which she wrote together with Peter Eichenberger, became the CI Retreat Theme 2027
