About me

Born as a twin in Herford, Westphalia, I grew up in the countryside. My acting training took me to Munich and then to the Stadttheater Zeitz at the time of reunification to the Schlosstheater Celle and on to Cologne. I have been a freelancer since 1996. My desire for a creative combination of the most diverse arts created new projects. For this reason, I like to travel through Europe and international countries with my acting skills: “Siddhartha” v. H. Hesse, “Paradiso” by L. Winiewicz, “The chairs” by E. Ionesco. Since 2001 I have been teaching presence, voice and body language for various professional groups, including university hospitals. With my work I combine the joy of creative work, the exchange about the errors in life, the longing for creative expression and finding one’s own strength and courageous new beginnings. I am working face to face and in groups in my own practice room and in other institutes.

Geboren als Zwilling im westfälischen Herford, wuchs ich auf dem Lande auf. Meine Schauspielausbildung führte mich nach München und zur Wendezeit ans Stadttheater Zeitz, ans Schlosstheater Celle und weiter nach Köln. Seit 1996 bin ich freiberuflich tätig. Mein Wunsch nach einer kreativen Kombination verschiedenster Künste ließ neue Projekte entstehen. Aus diesem Grund reise ich gerne mit meinem schauspielerischen Können durch Europa und internationale Länder: "Siddhartha" v. H. Hesse, "Paradiso" von L. Winiewicz, "Die Stühle" von E. Ionesco. Seit 2001 unterrichte ich Präsenz, Stimme und Körpersprache für verschiedene Berufsgruppen, u.a. an Universitätskliniken. Mit meiner Arbeit verbinde ich die Freude am kreativen Schaffen, den Austausch über die Fehler im Leben, die Sehnsucht nach kreativem Ausdruck und das Finden der eigenen Kraft und mutige Neuanfänge. Ich arbeite in Einzel- und Gruppengesprächen in meinem eigenen Praxisraum und in anderen Instituten.
