I’m Lisa Rachel James, founder of WeThrive, a relational mapping platform created to support constellators, facilitators, coaches, and practitioners in exploring the deeper dynamics within human systems. My work is inspired by the belief that every relationship, family, team, and community is part of a larger interconnected system. Through systemic constellations and relational mapping, I help bring hidden patterns into view, creating opportunities for insight, healing, and meaningful transformation. As the founder of WeThrive, I am passionate about combining innovative technology with systemic wisdom to provide practitioners with tools that make complex relational dynamics easier to visualize, understand, and work with. My mission is to empower people to see their connections more clearly, strengthen relationships, and cultivate environments where individuals and communities can truly thrive. I am committed to fostering greater awareness, belonging, and connection—because when we understand the systems we are part of, we can create more conscious and life-affirming ways of relating to ourselves and others.
