I am a transpersonal therapist, trainer and family constellation facilitator, as well as a university professor with extensive experience in the field of human development. Throughout my career, I have realised that the true promotion of human well-being emerges from a deep understanding of the phenomenological experience, combined with a scientific and ethical approach. I believe that the most authentic way to support this process is through respectful love and empathetic listening, recognising the uniqueness of each individual. As a dedicated educator and professional, I am committed to facilitating experiences that allow participants and students to establish deep connections with themselves and the world around them, promoting growth, emotional balance, and inner harmony, based on evidence, modern science, phenomenology, and humanistic ethics.

Ao longo da minha trajetória, percebo que a verdadeira promoção do bem-estar do Ser Humano emerge de uma compreensão profunda da sua experiência fenomenológica, aliada a uma abordagem científica e ética. Acredito que a forma mais autêntica de apoiar esse processo é através do amor respeitoso e da escuta empática, reconhecendo a singularidade de cada indivíduo.
