My work is body-oriented, trauma-sensitive, and ritual-based. My early teachers were all Hellinger-focused giving me a strong foundation & respect for this work. As a Somatic Psychotherapist (Bioenergetics Analysis & Somatic Experience), I believe the body is our primary instrument when working with the Knowing Field, & by working somatically, it’s to the benefit of everyone attending as trauma is held in the body. This is what makes Constellation work a model for collective healing. As a Systemic Ritual® facilitator, the blend of shamanic ritual with Constellations has greatly influenced my style of facilitation. I see Constellation work as a ceremony & personal ritual. While therapeutic, it goes beyond therapy when the physical (the body) meets the spirit (the Field). In addition, I am a Counseling Astrologer & use astrology to complement & at times guide the therapeutic process. I have combined my passion for both Constellations & astrology in what I call “AstroConstellations®.” In everything I do, my aim is to meet the client where they are at with something not only practical & understandable for their lives today, but also as a contribution to their ongoing evolution.
