Trained by the Hellinger France School in 2002-2003, I work in various locations in France, mainly in Brittany and Charente Maritime. I am also a Life Art Process® practitioner, a tool that uses the body and artistic expression for healing and personal development. I regularly combine these two approaches in the workshops I run. Life Art Process provides resources between constellation and emotional regulation. I also welcome people for individual sessions.

Formée par l'école Hellinger France en 2002-2003, j'exerce dans différents lieux en France, principalement en Bretagne et Charente Maritime. Ma spécificité est d'être également praticienne en Life Art Process®, un outil qui utilise le corps et l'expression artistique dans un but de guérison et de développement personnel. Ainsi je mêle régulièrement ces deux approches dans les ateliers que j'anime. Le Life Art Process permet d'apporter des ressources entre les constellation et une régulation émotionnelle. Je reçois également des personnes en séance individuelle.
