After my family constellations training, I have been developing systemic intelligence, interventions and constellations formats for organisations for the last 22 years. I have been teaching constellations, systemic intelligence in organisations, and lecturing at business schools. As transformational faculty at Mobius Executive Leadership I have been applying it in M&A support, systemic leadership development, and many other situations where systemic intelligence helped to restore flow in the organisations.
