My work is deeply centred on working with trauma and the original root causes. My approach to dealing with trauma is about befriending it rather than fighting, avoiding or even healing it.Trauma can be a greatest catalyst for the growth and expansion of human gifts and talents… Unresolved trauma brings a great deal of suffering. Resolved trauma is ‘a gift from the gods’. I am a practitioner of the IoPT Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy developed Prof Dr Franz Ruppert and Family Constellations facilitator. I utilise in my work the phenomena of resonance to deeply touch the forgotten and fragmented parts of the psyche that hold the split. The proces of the Intention Method allows to connect what has been disconnected and to bring wholeness, presence and compassion.

I began healing my own traumas from attending to my body first, which was one of the most educational and profound experiences for me. Trauma affects the body and its many systems and organs, nervous system, heart, brain, etc. Yoga, breath, mindfulness and meditation was a key in my trauma recovery. Thus in the work with my clients I put an emphasis on the somatic (body) sensations and the nervous system. The most powerful modalities in healing trauma, for me personally, was Somatic Experiencing and IoPT Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy. I offer and work mostly with Iopt and the Intention method in private 1 to 1 sessions and in group workshops, in English and Polish language. I’m based in London and I work mainly online however I also offer sessions in person.
