I offer one-to-one work and monthly group constellations work with my clients both locally in Ottawa, Ontario and Wakefield, Quebec, as well as internationally online. I combine my 24 years of experience in Somatic Experiencing trauma re-negotiation, Energy Healing through multiple energy bodies and dimensions, Craniosacral bodywork, Plant Spirit Medicine, Family Constellations work and ancestral reconnection practices. Once a month, I facilitate an online Family Constellations group working with different themes such as addictions, depression, anxiety, working with emotions and constellating with chakras and their blocks. I would love to welcome other practitioners to attend who want to gain more experience representing or to have a space to do their own work. I speak fluent French (Quebecois) as a second language, but do most of my client work in English.
