The main area of my activity is meditation and yoga. I run yoga group classes as well as private classes. From time to time I lead Osho’s dynamic and kundalini meditations. The duration of these programs is 21 days. I also guide holotropic breathwork and hypnotherapy. The biggest passion of my life are people and their well-being. All my work is aimed at understanding and improving their quality of life. it gives me also strenght, to understend myself on a deeper level. Lately I’ve been interested in the Systemic Constellation method. I intensively attend all workshops and seminars that take place in Georgia. I find it fascinating how this method gives people the opportunity to see their problems from different angles through someone else’s eyes. In Georgia itself, historically and culturally, the family has always been a very strong alliance, even today. That is why I consider the System Constellation method to be very relevant and almoust indispensable in the reality of our country.
