I’m Tanya Master, a Somatic Consultant and developer of the Psychosomatic Restoration Method™, currently completing training in Family Constellation work. I’m interested in the patterns we carry from our families, relationships and past experiences, and how they continue to live through us, often long after we understand where they came from. I think of this as constellating the psychosomatic self—bringing what is happening in the body, our different parts and our relationships into space, where we can see and work with it differently. I work with adults and practitioners around repeating patterns, chronic stress and physical symptoms, burnout, relationships, identity and major life transitions. I work online with clients internationally.
