I am an experienced integrative couple counsellor and Systemic Art Therapy Facilitator, registered member of the British association for counselling and psychotherapy.I offer individual and couple counselling, as well as group workshops within a safe, supportive and confidential environment helping people from any background, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, culture, ethnicity and age. My approach is flexible and tailored to everyone. I use systemic art constellations, psychotrauma and psychogenealogy to identify patterns of behaviour and offer you the tools to be able to overcome your blockages.The health and growth as well as happiness comes from meaningful and fulfilling connections with ourselves and others. Revealing what is behind our disturbances can help us focus our efforts, to feel empowered and recover our lost potential.
