Workshop presented by Maria Masycheva, Russia / Germany
Identity in the Process of Transition
Sometimes it’s really hard to do what we should do in order to change a profession or move to another country, start working as a facilitator, find clients, or expand the practice. Quite often we can find the cause in the loyalty to our previous identity. In the workshop, we will look at your „other than a coach“ identities and with the help of systemic exercises explore which different sides of these identities can hamper and which can help us make the transition smoother.
