Hello I am Alexandre Urbach. Through my extensive experience in various management positions, Auditor in quality management, degree in communication University Bern (CH), Cornell University Ithaca, N.Y. and in trauma-oriented psychotherapy, I have repeatedly witnessed that clarity between people is undoubtedly what is needed when things get stuck. However, I have also noticed how difficult it is to achieve this clarity. This is precisely where systemic structural constellations come into play. They make the causes of conflicts visible and support all parties involved in finding practical solutions to the situation.
For over 10 years now, I have been supporting and accompanying people in exploring the root causes of conflicts and resolving disputes.
My mission: to resolve conflicts and bring people back together.
Hallo! Ich bin Alexandre Urbach. Durch meine langjährige Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen Managementpositionen, als dipl. Auditor in Qualitätsmanagement, ein CAS in Kommunikation und individueller Prozessbegleitung, Studium an der Cornell Universitöt in Ithaca N.Y. sowie einer Ausbildung in traumzentrierten Psychotherapie habe ich immer wieder erlebt, dass Klarheit zwischen Menschen genau das ist, was es braucht, wenn es mal irgendwo klemmt. Ich habe aber auch immer wieder gemerkt, wie schwierig es ist, diese Klarheit zu bekommen.
Genau an diesem Punkt setzt die systemische Strukturaufstellung an. Sie macht Ursachen für Konflikte sichtbar und unterstützt alle Beteiligten so dabei, praktische Lösungen für die Situation zu finden.
Bereits seit mehr als 10 Jahren unterstütze und begleite ich Menschen dabei, den Ursachen für Konflikte auf den Grund zu gehen – und Streitigkeiten aus der Welt zu räumen.
Meine Mission: Konflikte lösen und Menschen wieder zusammenbringen.
