„Who am I really?“ This question got me on a new life track as of the year 2000 … from PR … to COACHING! A millennium leap.
Before that, I could experience the external world intensely as a Communication Specialist in F&B and Tourism, with a pioneering heart and mind. But my own inner world remained somewhat undiscovered. The “Journey Within” then became one of my most important adventures, resulting in a new professional calling as a Coach, while uncovering unknown feelings, surprising thoughts and profound memories, impressive inner resistance, unexploited knowing, or ignored creative ideas and impulses – I discovered that our inner landscape has many more qualities, compositions, and potentials on offer than I could imagine.
As Trainer of Coaching & Constellation here at CI, I facilitate the exploration of new ways of Being and higher competencies in the challenges of life and professions of my coaching colleagues. The Focus is on Authentic Competencies & Authentic Presence, Creative & Felt Sense Awareness, as well as Change & Transformation Processes.

“Wer bin ich eigentlich wirklich?” Diese Frage brachte mich 2000 auf einen neuen Lebensweg … von PR … zu COACHING! Ein Jahrtausendsprung.
Zuvor konnte ich als Kommunikationsspezialistin im Bereich F&B und Tourismus mit Pionierherz und -geist die Außenwelt intensiv erleben. Meine eigene innere Welt blieb recht unentdeckt. Die “Reise nach Innen” wurde zu einem meiner wichtigsten Abenteuer und führte zu einer neuen beruflichen Berufung als Coach. Dabei entdeckte ich unbekannte Gefühle, überraschende Gedanken und tiefe Erinnerungen, beeindruckende innere Widerstände, ungenutztes Wissen oder ignorierte kreative Ideen und Impulse – ich entdeckte, dass unsere innere Landschaft viel mehr Qualitäten, Kompositionen und Potenziale zu bieten hat, als ich mir vorstellen konnte.
Als Trainerin für Coaching & Aufstellung hier bei CI fördere ich die Erkundung neuer Seinsweisen und höherer Kompetenzen in den Herausforderungen des Lebens und im Beruf meiner Coaching-Kolleg:innen. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf authentischer Präsenz & Kompetenzen, kreativem Spürbewusstsein, sowie Veränderungs- & Transformationsprozessen.
