Systemic Intelligence ® and Organisational Constellations (in various forms) are my PASSION.
Fascinated by the systemic work for over 20 years, I have been using it during my corporate career and in my career as an independent boardroom advisor.
During my work I’v discovered that there is more to do systemically in organizations than constellations. Only 10% of the clients allow for constellations! For the other 90% of the work I’ve developed the Systemic Intelligence® approach. Profound in its depth and practical in its application. Systemic Intelligence® uses the systemic principles in many varieties and management approaches.
And as “Sharing is Growing” is my mantra, I love to share and pass it on to others through The Power of Systemic Intelligence’s online website and online trainings, in live trainings events, masterclasses and via my book ‘Emergent, the Power of Systemic Intelligence Currently I am moving into a phase in my life, call it early elderhood, in which I want to pass it on to the next generations. making space by passing on so I create room of collective and systemic trauma in organizations.
