Klaus P. Horn, PH.D., is one of the pioneers of organizational constellation. He began transmuting the principles of family constellation for organizational systems in the late 1990’s combining them with constellating people’s inner systems. He’s author of several books about it including ’Invisible Dynamics’, the first management book on applying constellation work in business. Klaus is also a highly acclaimed expert in the field of management consulting and coaching with a background of some 35 years of experience as a professional consultant. Since 20 years he‘s leading constellation trainings in Europe and Asia focusing on transformation on organisational and individual levels including transpersonal and transorganisational levels.
