I am passionate about empowering individuals, leaders, and teams within their jobs and organisation. With a major in Organisational Psychology from my Masters of Business degree, I am an experienced Systemic Coach, Leadership and Team Development Coach and a Facilitator in Systemic Organisational Constellation workshops and trainings.
I have an unusual set of analytical, innovative and creative skills with a pro-active attitude to drive results.
I use and touch upon different tools such as systemic organisation constellation, visualisations, and neuroscience amongst others. I aim to make a difference with doing meaningful and impactful work, through workshops and by coaching people in their organisation and well-being in general. I am a TeamConnect Partner; TeamConnect is a systemic assessment tool to help teams unleash their potential.
I am an associate coach for Randstad Risesmart and also BTS. I have my own business for systemic coaching, consulting and constellations and collaborate with John Whittington for his trainings and workshop he is bringing to Sydney by the end of 2023. My interest is organisational systemic work and constellations.
Ik ben gepassioneerd over het versterken van individuen, leiders en teams binnen hun functies en organisatie. Ik ben een ervaren Systemisch Coach, Leiderschap- en Teamontwikkelings-coach en een Facilitator in Systemische Organisatie Opstellingen workshops en trainingen.
Ik beschik over een ongewone set analytische, innovatieve en creatieve vaardigheden met een proactieve houding om resultaten te behalen.
Mijn doel is om een verschil te maken door betekenisvol en impact-vol werk te verrichten, via workshops en door mensen te coachen in hun organisatie en algemeen welzijn. Ik ben een TeamConnect Partner; TeamConnect is een systemische assessment-tool om teams te helpen hun potentieel te ontketenen.
Ik werd vroeg in mijn carrière ontslagen en dat schokte me enorm. Ik besefte dat ik mensen die ontslagen worden wilde helpen. Ik ben een associate coach voor Randstad Risesmart en ook BTS. Ik heb mijn eigen bedrijf voor systemisch coachen, advies en opstellingen. Ook werk ik samen met John Whittington voor zijn trainingen en workshops die hij eind 2023 naar Sydney brengt. Ik kom oorspronkelijk uit Nederland en woon nu voornamelijk in Sydney, Australië.
