My first profession is in the legal area where I am now working for nearly 20 years in international business and research areas. More than 10 years ago I started to look for methods and attitudes that are more than black and white, right or wrong. This is how I came to systemic work. I did my training in Germany for 2 years and was certified as systemic facilitator by the German association DGfS in 2015. Since then I am working as systemic coach with individuals and groups. My approach is to strengthen the client by use of body memory symbols and steering the nerve system from freeze/fight/flight to social engagement based on the Polyvagal Theory. I am very much interested in supporting climate awareness and sustainability with my offer. Recently I started to combine my systemic work with conscious connected breathwork which is a deeply embodied way to re-set and de-stress.
