About / English

The teaching profession gave me a broad view of a person, both as an individual, but also a social and developmental context. It allowed me to see how many dependencies and factors influencing a person’s existence. That is why I have been working with people in direct contact for 20 years. I have been helping them regain their motivation and see their hidden potentials.
I started my professional career in services. This job taught me the ability to listen carefully, focus on the needs of the client and empathy. Many emphasized that the mere contact with me gives them relief, restores their mental and physical well-being. Following this lead, when choosing my next profession, I decided to become a Life Coach.
Psychology and personal development have been an integral part of my life for many years. Through my own transformations, I discovered Systemic Constellations.
That method fascinated me with their simplicity and effectiveness. So I decided to complete training with John Whittington from Coaching Constellations LTD. They prepared me to work with both individual clients and organisations.

Zawód nauczyciela dał mi szerokie spojrzenie na osobę, zarówno jako jednostkę, ale także kontekst społeczny i rozwojowy. Pozwoliło mi to zobaczyć, jak wiele zależności i czynników wpływa na egzystencję człowieka. Dlatego od 20 lat pracuję z ludźmi w bezpośrednim kontakcie. Pomagam im odzyskać motywację i dostrzec drzemiący w nich potencjał.
Karierę zawodową rozpoczynałem w usługach. Praca ta nauczyła mnie uważnego słuchania, skupienia się na potrzebach klienta oraz empatii. Wielu podkreślało, że sam kontakt ze mną przynosi ulgę, przywraca dobre samopoczucie psychiczne i fizyczne. Idąc tym tropem, wybierając kolejny zawód, zdecydowałam się zostać Life Coachem.
Psychologia i rozwój osobisty są nieodłączną częścią mojego życia od wielu lat. Poprzez własne przemiany odkryłem konstelacje systemowe.
Ta metoda zafascynowała mnie swoją prostotą i skutecznością. Postanowiłem więc ukończyć szkolenie z Johnem Whittingtonem z Coaching Constellations LTD. Przygotowali mnie do pracy zarówno z klientami indywidualnymi, jak i organizacjami.
