Peter is an expert on entrepreneurship, leadership and collaboration. He supports founders, entrepreneurs and investors to bring their ideas to life and make sense of their organisations. He is not only familiar with scientific methods, but also with systemic and phenomenological approaches to personal and organisational development.
The theoretical basis of his practise is based on ELT (Evolutionary Leadership Theory) and ALIA (Authentic Leadership in Action). He completed the Theory U Programme from MIT and the ALIA program at Naropa University. He is a practicing member of the Buddhist Shambhala community.
He studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Cologne, where he graduated in 1992.
Peter was born in 1963 in Cologne, Germany, grew up in England, his mother is Australian and his father is German. Today he lives together with his wife in Cologne. He has two, now adult, daughters from first marriage. He likes to spend his free time in Anglia, a peninsula of the Baltic Sea.
Peter ist ein Experte für Unternehmertum, Führung und Zusammenarbeit. Er unterstützt GründerInnen, UnternehmerInnen und Investoren ihre Ideen zum Leben zu erwecken und ihre Organisationen sinnvoll zu gestalten. Er ist nicht nur mit wissenschaftlichen Methoden vertraut, sondern auch mit systemischen und phänomenologischen Ansätzen zur persönlichen und organisatorischen Entwicklung.

Er studierte Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Universität zu Köln, wo er 1992 seinen Abschluss machte.
Peter wurde 1963 in Köln geboren, wuchs in England auf, seine Mutter ist Australierin, sein Vater Deutscher. Heute lebt er zusammen mit seiner Frau in Köln. Er hat zwei, inzwischen erwachsene, Töchter aus erster Ehe. Seine Freizeit verbringt er gerne in Angeln an der Ostsee.
