Constellations are neither abra nor cadabra. They can be explained scientifically, socially and creatively and have been justified for centuries.
The possibilities of using constellations to reframe things in our daily life, to make their experience differently in order to being able to change them, are so clear and strong that it is advisable to treat them with care. Professional guidance is required evidently without dealing morally or directively with this knowledge. It therefore should have a systemic and process-accompanying effect.
I work daily with the systemic-board. In 2015 I was able to do “pioneering work” in this area with my Masterthesis to its digitalisation.
During my time as a socio-educational family worker, I have investigated constellations in a family context in depth and therefore have decades of practical experience.
Since 2013 I have been using this experience, modified accordingly, in the context of organisational constellations.
My latest research project is the application of the constellations and their possibilities in connection with the Horse Assisted Education. Those research’s first impressions suggest that it can have a major impact here.
Aufstellungen sind naturwissenschaftlich, sozial und gestalterisch erklärbar und haben seit längstem Berechtigung.
Die Möglichkeiten, mittels Aufstellungen Erlebtes andersartig erlebbar und dann auch veränderbar zu gestalten sind so klar und stark, dass es ratsam ist, behutsam mit Ihnen umzugehen und es einer professionellen Anleitung bedarf.
Ich arbeite täglich mit dem Systembrett, zu dessen Digitalisierung ich bereits 2015 meine Masterthesis verfasste.
Aufstellungen im familiären Kontext bin ich in meiner Zeit als Sozialpädagogischer Familienhelfer vertieft nachgegangen und verfüge somit über eine jahrzehntelange Praxiserfahrung.
Seit 2013 wende ich diese Erfahrungen im Kontext von Organisationen an und die Ergebnisse beeindrucken mich immer wieder.
Mein neuestes Forschungsprojekt ist die Anwendung der Aufstellungen und ihrer Möglichkeiten in Verbindung mit Pferden. Die ersten Erkenntnisse daraus lassen darauf schließen, hier großen Impact bewirken zu können.
Zu meinen Lehrer*innen gehören Gesa Jürgens (eine direkte Schülerin Virginia Satirs), Gerhard Stey, Vera Valtingojer und indirekt auch Stephanie Hartung.
