Ich bin ein aufgeschlossener und herzlicher Mutmacher. Freunde und Kollegen sagen, dass ich gut Zuhören und in Resonanz komplexer Zusammenhänge gehen kann. Seminarteilnehmende und Klienten/Kunden sind von meiner direkten, klaren und konsequenten Haltung beeindruckt. Meine Interventionen werden dabei als hilfreich erlebt und mein „Begegnungsraum“ als vertrauensvoll und verlässlich. Mein atypischer Berufsweg lehrte mich unterschiedlichen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden und wie ich mich immer wieder auf neue Situationen einstellen kann. Das macht mich zu einer wendigen und vielseitigen Persönlichkeit mit Tiefgang ?
