I graduated as a Medical Doctor in 2014 and specialized in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in 2020. I’ve always been interested in human psychology and personal growth. In 2016 I was introduced to family constellations and became fascinated by how the interactions between family members can impact the entire family system. This led me to enroll in the Hellinger Family Constellation School in 2017. Concurrently, I also underwent training in “Biocostellazioni,” where family constellations are applied to physical symptoms, allowing us to explore the relationship between these symptoms and the family system. Throughout 2018 and 2019, I organized various family constellations meetings focused on specific themes, such as exploring the relationships with one’s mother, father, work, and success. Since 2020, I’ve been running my own psychiatric private practice, where I help individual, also online, using the tools I’ve acquired over the years. In each situation, I make choices based on what I believe and feel is most appropriate. Additionally, I’m involved in social media outreach, actively promoting discussions on psychiatry and working to reduce stigma surrounding mental health.
Mi sono laureata in Medicina nel 2014 e specializzata in Psichiatria e Psicoterapia nel 2020. Sono sempre stato interessata alla psicologia e alla crescita personale. Nel 2016 ho incontrato le costellazioni familiari e ne sono rimasta; così, nel 2017, mi sono iscritta alla Scuola di Costellazioni Familiari Hellinger nel 2017. Allo stesso tempo, ho seguito una formazione in “Biocostellazioni”, in cui le costellazioni familiari vengono applicate ai sintomi fisici, consentendo di esplorare la relazione tra questi sintomi e il sistema familiare. Nel corso del 2018 e del 2019, ho organizzato varie riunioni di costellazioni familiari focalizzate su temi specifici, come l’esplorazione delle relazioni con la madre, il padre, il lavoro e il successo. Dal 2020, ho avviato la mia pratica privata di psichiatria, in cui aiuto individui, anche online, utilizzando gli strumenti acquisiti nel corso degli anni. In ogni situazione, prendo decisioni basate su ciò in cui credo e su ciò che sento sia più appropriato. Inoltre, mi occupo di sensibilizzazione e destigmatizzazione sulla psichiatria attraverso i social media.
