With over 15 years working as a facilitator in private practice, I offer a space for self inquiry, honesty, recuperation, transition, authenticity and delight in being alive.
Trained in: Specialised Kinesiology; Ceremony; Systemic/Family Constellations; End of Life Care and Trauma Work as well as navigating Transitional Spaces.
I am interested in inner dynamics, outer energetics and how they correlate. An awareness of transgenerational wounding and collective trauma keeps me curious to learn and explore.
In my personal life, I draw inspiration and insight from Nature. I revere the living world, honor the ancestral and unseen worlds and respect the belief systems of others. I am comfortable in the territory of mystery.
In our work together, I aim to balance body, mind, heart and essence towards the integration and unfolding of all your elements. Knowing that we can live in good relation with ourselves, each other, the Earth and the Sacred – permeates my being and work.
Mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung in meiner Privatpraxis biete ich Raum für Selbsterforschung, Ehrlichkeit, Erholung, Transformation, Authentizität und Freude am Leben.
Ausbildung in: Kinesiologie; Zeremonie; Systemische/Familienaufstellungen; Sterbebegleitung und Traumaintegrierung.
Ich interessiere mich für innere Dynamik, äußere Energetik und wie sie korrelieren. Das Bewusstsein über transgenerationale Verletzungen und kollektives Trauma hält mich neugierig weiter zu lernen und zu erfahren.
In meinem Privatleben schöpfe ich Inspiration und Einsicht aus der Natur. Ich verehre die “lebende Welt”, ehre die unsichtbare und die Welt der Ahnen und respektiere die Glaubenssysteme anderer. Ich fühle mich im Territorium des Nichtwissens wohl.
In unserer gemeinsamen Arbeit strebe ich danach, Körper, Geist, Herz und Essenz in Einklang zu bringen, um all Ihre Elemente zu integrieren und zu entfalten. Das Wissen, dass wir in guter Beziehung zu uns selbst, zueinander, zur Erde und zum Heiligen leben können – durchdringt mein Sein und Wirken.
