About the event

The 2-year ASA2526 training program in German is ideal as an entry into the field of systemic consulting, with a focus on individual therapy, social work, or education. It emphasizes the comprehensive development of participants – both personally and as professionals in the consulting field.

A key requirement for working with systemic constellations is an attitude of open perception and the ability to navigate whatever arises. Therefore, the training cultivates presence, awareness, and a non-directive approach.

Colleagues who have already completed training as systemic constellators can also pursue their Train-the-Trainer qualification for training in systemic education during the ASA2526 program.

In addition to the core curriculum, daily debriefing sessions reflect on the training content, communication, leadership, teaching styles, and group dynamics, deepening understanding and insight.

Die 2jährige ASA2526 Ausbildung in deutscher Sprache eignet sich als Einstieg in das Feld der systemischen Beratung mit individualtherapeutischer, sozialer oder pädagogischer Ausrichtung. Sie fokussiert auf die umfassende Entwicklung der Teilnehmer – in persönlicher Hinsicht und als Berufsträger im Beratungsfeld.

Voraussetzungen für die Arbeit mit Systemaufstellung sind eine Grundhaltung der offenen Wahrnehmung und ein (Um-)Gehen mit dem, was sich zeigt. Die Ausbildung schult daher auch Präsenz, Wahrnehmung und Absichtslosigkeit.

Kollegen, die bereits eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Systemaufsteller haben, können während der ASA2526 Ausbildung ihre Train-The-Trainer Ausbildung zum Ausbilder in Systemausbildungen absolvieren.

In Ergänzung zum Ausbildungsprogramm werden in täglichen Nachbesprechungen zu den Ausbildungseinheiten die Lehrinhalte, Kommunikation, Führungs- und Lehrverhalten sowie gruppendynamische Prozesse reflektiert und einem besseren Verständnis zugeführt.
