Fully embodied in the systemic work for more than two decades, I work internationally as Systemic Executive Coach (ICF PCC) & Systemic Leadership, Organisational & Management Consultant. Constellations are my Tools of Mass Construction! Psychologist by training, specialized in Social and Organizational Psychology. European Doctor in Organizational, Work and Human Resources Psychology. Master in Systemic Coaching and in Organizational Constellations. Creator and Director of the Accredited International Master in Coaching and Personal Leadership at the University of Barcelona (2 years) (2016-2020). Academic for 20 years (University of Barcelona; and currently Visiting Professor at King’s College London, UK), with more than 115 national and international publications including 4 books. Organizational Consultant and Certified Systemic Coach (ICF PCC) for 17 years, working with small, medium and large organizations around the world (also with family businesses and start-ups). Father of Gaia (4 years old) and Kai (2 years old), living in Cambridge, UK, and working face-to-face and virtually all over the world.
