Since 1988 I have been designing seminars and conducting trainings on communication, creativity and above all accompanying teambuilding processes. As a management trainer, I am particularly focused on identifying the supporting and rewarding relations between personality, spirituality and successful business efforts. Management constellations and developing Emotional Leadership are key techniques I use. My range goes from business constellations, family constellations which I call “solution constellations” to spiritual constellations – and I love building bridges. I have been connected to constellation work intensively since 1995. As a certified Coach on the “Archetypes of the Soul” according to Hasselmann / Schmolke I support people to reconnect with themselves and regain their power to express their unique energy in order to spread it into the world. I created “Matrix Constellations” according to this teaching. Among writing and channelling I offer spiritual counselling as well. My approach is to invite attendees to experience the multiple dimensions of life, the divine sense of existence and the beauty of being a human being. Cause YOU are beautiful!

Was mich bewegt ist es, Menschen mit ihrem Potential und Sein in Berührung zu bringen und zu vermitteln, dass wir die größte Entfaltung dann gewinnen, wenn wir uns annehmen, wie wir sind. Das gilt für Menschen in Führung sowie für jeden an seinem Platz. So schaffen wir die beste Voraussetzung für liebevolle und unterstützende Beziehungen, auch zu uns selbst, und gleichzeitig den größten Wirkungsgrad. Die Archetypen der Seele nach Hasselmann & Schmolke, die ich seit 1995 in mir trage, bieten mir reiche Basis für eine zutiefst integrative Arbeit. Ich habe dazu eine Fülle von Aufstellungsformaten entwickelt, die ich MatrixAufstellungen nenne. Es hat lange gedauert, mich mit meiner Spiritualität und Medialität zu zeigen. Umso mehr ist es mir Lust und Freude, Brücken zu bauen von der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Förderung Emotionaler Führungskompetenz im Business bis zu Impulsen für eine alltagstaugliche Spiritualität. Damit arbeite ich im deutschsprachigen Raum. Als Autorin habe ich u.a. ein Grundlagenbuch herausgegeben, die „Perlen der Aufstellungsarbeit“. Und jetzt ist es schön, mit DIR in Kontakt zu sein!
